What We OffeR

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. If you have something else in mind, we'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

  • Multi-phase campaigns built from psychological insight, designed to move specific audiences through recognition, permission and action… not just awareness. We start with research into the genuine barriers preventing behaviour change, then build creative work that meets people where they are.

    • Audience research & behavioural barrier mapping

    • Campaign architecture & messaging framework

    • Creative development across social, paid and earned

    • Phase-by-phase launch & amplification support

  • For organisations at an inflection point, expanding, rebranding, entering a new audience, or simply tired of communicating in a way that no longer fits who they are. We find the true story and build the language around it. Honest, confident and free of greenwash.

  • A cinematic short film capturing the real human story behind your year… the decisions, tensions and breakthroughs that shaped your work.

    • Pre-interview call before filming begins

    • One filming day at your location

    • Cinematic short film

    • Common Field Standard mark (if criteria met)

Who we’ve worked with

Awareness is easy.
Action is what we're after.

Every campaign we build moves through three stages. We never use shameful narratives because it doesn’t shifts behaviour. It only entrenches it.

We use creativity in more strategic ways.

  • "I know first-hand how challenging it can be to convert ideas into intelligent, impactful and powerful communications, storytelling and design, but this is exactly what Sophie and Max were able to pull off—with incredible speed and intuitive momentum."

    Courtney Savie Lawrence
Global Senior Advisor at United Nations

  • "If you're looking for people who can turn a vision into a strong, clear identity, I can't recommend Max and Sophie enough. They helped us at Mika with something fundamental: refocusing our message, shaping our narrative for each of our target audiences, and translating all of that into a cohesive and impactful visual and brand identity. This work has been pivotal to our deployment and growth. It's not just branding — it's the backbone of our communication, the thing that allows us today to speak with clarity to our partners, clients, and broader ecosystem. Thank you both for your listening, your rigor, and your creativity. The results speak for themselves."

    Saïd Benhamida
    CEO & Co-Founder at Mika

  • "Sophie analysed existing campaigns, undertook stakeholder interviews and made recommendations on communications including framing and language. Sophie presented insights in a clear and easy to understand way that helped our team to develop our thinking on what type of campaign would be best suit our requirements and what our options were for presenting our cause to a wider audience including the public and stakeholders."

Things people usually ask:

  • Two things, under one roof. We are a strategy and behaviour change studio — building campaigns, messaging frameworks, and brand narratives for purpose-led organisations who need their communications to create action, not just awareness. And we are an impact storytelling practice — making cinematic short films for organisations whose story deserves to be witnessed, not just read. Most clients come to us for one and end up needing both.

  • Think of it the way you think about B Corp — but for storytelling. When an organisation works with us and meets our standards for honest, human communication, they earn the right to carry our mark. Not as a badge of completion. As a signal: this story was told with integrity — the doubt is in here, the people are visible, the ending is open. In an age of AI-generated content that sounds authoritative and means nothing, the Common Field mark is how people know you chose a different path.

  • We start from behaviour change, not awareness. Most campaigns are designed to inform…we design to move. That means we spend more time before the creative work understanding the genuine barriers preventing people from acting, and less time assuming we already know what the message should be. We also believe shame never shifts behaviour - it only entrenches it. So everything we build is grounded in psychology, not outrage. And on the storytelling side: we put doubt before triumph, keep endings open, and ask the questions most communications teams would edit out.

  • Send us a message at hello@common-field.com— or use the form on our Let's Talk page. You do not need to have a fully formed brief. A feeling that something is not working is enough to start. We will have a conversation, understand what you are trying to do, and be honest with you about whether and how we can help. No obligation, no pitch theatre.

  • Yes. We have worked on campaigns and initiatives across the UK, Europe, and through UN-led programmes with global reach. We have experience managing trans-creation into multiple languages and navigating the cultural nuance that international campaigns require. The belief that we are all in common fields does not stop at a border.

  • We work on project and retainer bases depending on the scope.

Strategy and campaign work is typically scoped per project (research, architecture, creative, and launch support) with budget split clearly across those phases. We do not have fixed price list for this because the work that matters never fits a template.

We do however have fixed prices for annual video impact stories.

Set up a call to us and we will give you an honest picture of what the right scope looks like and what it costs.

  • Fun and collaborative we hope!

We do not believe in hierarchy and we do not pretend to know more about your organisation than you do. What we bring is a different lens, a set of skills you need, and the patience to get it right.

Most of our clients describe the process as feeling less like commissioning an agency and more like thinking with someone who genuinely gives a damn. Read more about our values here.
